Val de Cole
906 Cole Street
Val de Cole is a longtime Cole Valley staple offering a thoughtfully curated selection of wines, spirits, and beers right on Cole Street. For decades, it’s been a go-to spot for neighbors looking for quality libations and friendly, knowledgeable service, and it plays a part in the character of our community’s business strip.
Cole Valley Pets
910 Cole Street
Cole Valley Pets is a beloved neighborhood shop that’s been caring for local animals—and the people who love them—for years. In April the store will be 7 years old under the current owner, Rikke Cox. I’m especially proud to feature my artwork here, as I also work at the shop and get to be part of its everyday rhythm, connecting with neighbors and their pets.
Find the original piece, Pink Wall No. 1, displayed in the window, as well as some cool stickers of the print that, when purchased, help fund my upkeep of a local spaces when tagged and need some TLC.
The Sidewalk Flowers
90 Parnassus Street
The Sidewalk Flowers is a neighborhood favorite, known for its natural, well-crafted floral arrangements and selection of cards, stickers, and other keepsakes that you might find yourself needing to buy. Beyond just the inviting storefront, owner Amanda Vidmar and her awesome team are some of the many cool people who support John as a member of our community.
Simple Eco Market
915 Cole Street
Simple Eco Market + Refillery is a neighborhood eco-market offering a carefully curated range of zero-waste and refillable products for home and body. With an emphasis on sustainability and local makers, Simple makes it easy to choose thoughtfully sourced items that reduce waste and support our community’s values of mindful consumption.
